All orders are typically shipped within 72 hours and take 2-3 days to reach their destination. We currently use UPS for shipping.
All orders are shipped frozen. Due to cooler size limitations, we can only accommodate up to 6 bags per box.
Shipping frozen food is costly because we use high-quality insulating, cooling materials and expedited delivery services to ensure both food safety and quality.
Box and Dry ice fee – this is the actual amount we spend to safely package and temperature control your dumplings in transit. It’s essential for maintaining food safety and dumpling quality.

Receiving, Reheating, & Eating
Receiving Your Dumplings
Dumplings are steamed, fried, frozen, and shipped with ice packs, which may thaw partially or fully during transit. Cook or freeze dumplings immediately!
Dumplings can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days, or remain frozen for up to 6 months.
Reheating Your Dumplings
For best results, allow dumplings to defrost for 5-10 minutes before cooking.
Air Fryer: Place dumplings in the basket for 8-10 minutes @ 375 degrees
Oven: Place dumplings on a non-stick pan and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 375 degrees. Convection is best!
Eating Your Dumplings
They’re stuffed to the brim – be careful when taking your first bite!
Dip em in sauce, eat them as a snack, or make a meal of it!
