Receiving, Reheating, & Eating

Receiving Your Dumplings

Dumplings are steamed, fried, frozen, and shipped with dry ice packs, which may thaw partially or fully during transit. Dispose of dry ice as per instructions provided. Cook or freeze dumplings immediately.

Dumplings can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days, or remain frozen for up to 6 months.

Reheating Humpty’s Dumplings

For best results, allow dumplings to defrost for 5-10 minutes before cooking.

Air Fryer: Place dumplings in the basket for 8-10 minutes @ 375 degrees

Oven: Place dumplings on a non-stick pan and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 375 degrees. Convection is best!

They’re stuffed to the brim – be careful when taking your first bite!
